A life changing place and practice happening at Elements Movement. I'm incredibly grateful for Andrews humble teaching and guidance. His patience, support and knowledge aids to all those wanting to step their fitness to the next level. Elements Movement is more than just a yoga studio, but a place where I can get a good workout in his strength and conditioning movement classes as well. Been enjoying meeting the awesome growing community at the gym, with people of all fitness levels and ages. All this while in a beautiful historic building in Townsite. What a gift to Powell River!!!
